<p>We are looking for a Technical Manager / Lead who can manage &nbsp;Cloud Operation teams / SRE 24 X 7 and define and implement end-to-end processes with clear roles and responsibilities for our Cloud Operations team, as well as oversee the adherence to these processes.</p>
<p>The Job Description includes:</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensures high availability of all environments and the achievement of all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operating Level Agreements (OLAs)</li>
<li>Defines the Service Operations Processes for AWS Cloud solutions</li>
<li>Production support and operations of Infrastructure (Servers, Network, Storage, Security) and Applications (Distributed, Middleware, Databases across all tiers)</li>
<li>Coordinate internal activities across the company and our cloud partners, ensuring achievement of the above responsibilities</li>
<li>Innovate and actively look for improvements to Cloud Operations</li>
<li>Identify and promote best practices and patterns for the setup, configuration and management including databases, servers, and network and storage systems</li>
<li>Maintain a team-oriented working environment that promotes a high level of personal commitment and accountability and a continued focus on quality and efficiency</li>
