Job Description

Axcess.io, an Advanced consulting partner of Amazon Web Services (AWS), is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cloud Sales Director to join our team in the Financial Services Industry (FSI) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, overseeing sales operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing a high-performing sales team, and spearheading business development initiatives for our cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Develop and execute effective sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the cloud services segment.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
  • Customer Service: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base within the FSI sector.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should be a technology seller with management experience in driving large sales organizations and managing all related functions. The requirements include:

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Service
  • Team Management and Business Development skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing a sales team
  • Experience in the cloud services industry is highly desirable
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
